TXOG Rewards

Starting on January 16, 2024, all Texas Original patients will begin earning reward points on purchases completed at Texas Original. No additional sign-up or app is required. You'll earn 1 point for every $20 you spend, and you can also earn extra points from other activities. You must have a minimum of 10 points to use them on an order. Once you have 10 points or more, you can use them immediately on your next order or keep saving them up for even more savings on a future order - the choice is yours!

• Each reward point is worth $1. For example, 50 points = $50. 
• You can redeem points for up to 75% off your order. 
• You must have a minimum of 10 points use them on any order. 
• You can stack discounts and reward points. 

• Earn 1 point for every $20 spent at Texas Original. Points are earned on orders that have been completed and paid for. Points are calculated from your order's final total after any applicable discounts have been applied. Points earned from purchases expire 1 year after they are awarded. 
• Earn 10 points for your birthday. Enjoy a special birthday gift from Texas Original! Birthday points are added 1 day before your birthday. Birthday points expire 60 days after they are awarded.
• Earn 100 points for referring a friend. Refer a friend by sharing the referral link in your account here! Earn 100 points ($100) for every new patient you refer to Texas Original after they have completed their order with us. There's no limit to the number of friends you can refer. Points earned from referrals expire 1 year after they are awarded.

• Texas Original reserves the right to amend or terminate the TXOG Rewards and Referral Program at any time, for any reason.
• Reward points are subject to verification.
• Reward points are accrued based on the grand total of your purchase after any applicable discounts have been applied.
• Reward points are only awarded for orders that have been completed and paid for. Cancelled or incomplete orders do not accrue reward points.
• Unused reward points are terminated on the expiration date listed on the customer’s account page. Terminated points cannot be regained.
• Customers cannot earn reward points on orders placed using reward points.
• Reward points may be redeemed for up to 75% off the customer’s order.
• Customers must have at least 10 points at any time to use reward points on an order.
• Reward points are only accrued starting on January 16, 2024 at 9:00 am CST. Customers cannot gain reward points from purchases made before this time.
• Reward points have no monetary value outside of the TXOG Rewards program and may not be redeemed for cash. Points are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold.
• Upon termination of the TXOG Rewards and Referral program or any portion thereof for any reason, any unredeemed points that have not yet been delivered to the customer or used by the customer are forfeited. 

• The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person. The Referrer cannot refer themselves to earn points.
• Purchases made by Referred Customers who share the Referrer’s email address, billing address or shipping information may not qualify for points.
• The Referred Customer must not be an existing customer of Texas Original or have previous accounts or purchases with Texas Original.  
• The Referred Customer must be a registered patient under the Compassionate Use Program (CUP) with an eligible prescription to make a purchase at Texas Original.  
• Reward points from Referrals are subject to verification.
• The Referrer must ensure that they only refer people with whom they have a personal relationship, and who would want to receive the referral.
• The Referrer must be a legal resident of Texas and at least 18 years old to participate.
• The Referrer agrees not to send the invitation link to anyone under 18 years old.  
• Reward points earned from a Referral are only awarded after the Referred Customer has completed and paid for their order at Texas Original.
• Reward points are awarded to the Referrer immediately after the Referred Customer has completed their order at Texas Original. 
• Texas Original reserves the right to verify, deny or terminate reward points from Referrals.  
• Referrals made before May 9, 2025 qualify for 30 points per reffered customer. Referrals made after May 9, 2025 qualify for 100 points per referred customer.
