A New Era of Medical Cannabis in Texas

House Bill 46 brings the most significant update to the Texas Compassionate Use Program since its creation in 2015. Texans with more than 150 qualifying conditions, including chronic pain, Crohn’s disease, inflammatory bowel disease, traumatic brain injury and patients receiving hospice or palliative care, can now obtain a medical cannabis prescription.
